Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles has confirmed Towing Auctions Online as being an approved method of sale for the MSL Process.

Buyers

Currently there is no buyers premium for items sold at auction. 

Buyers must first register as a bidder with Auction It Off L.L.C. at www.towingauctionsonline.com prior to placing a bid.  Buyers are responsible for pick-up of any purchased items that can not be shipped. 

 Virginia law states once you place a bid this is a legally binding contract.   All items are sold “AS IS WHERE IS” with no warranty or guaranteed condition unless otherwise stated by the seller.

Winning bidders must arrange for pick up or delivery of their purchases within 5 business days of auctions end unless otherwise arranged with the seller.  

Sellers

Sellers are required to register with Auction It Off L.L.C. at www.towingauctionsonline.com prior to uploading any listings.  Companies or individuals listing items with www.towingauctionsonline.com will be required to pay $1 per item at the time of listing. 

Please disclose any and all known issues and conditions of items you are listing.  By doing this sellers will maintain their reputation as an honest seller.

Winning Bidder

The purchaser will be responsible for pick up or payment of delivery fees for purchased items.  The terms of delivery may be negotiated between you and the seller and in no way is the auction service responsible for delivery.
